1. Prepare Your Envelope 

Use a #10 envelope (standard business envelope). 
Write your return address in the top left corner. 
Write the words “Sweep Coins” on the front of the envelope. 
Address the envelope to:

Put a valid postage stamp on the envelope. 

2. Prepare Your Request Card 

Use either a plain postcard or a piece of white paper cut to 4” x 6”. 
The card must be: Unfolded Blank and unlined 
Handwrite (in clear, legible handwriting) all of the following on one side of the card: 

Your full name (exactly as shown on your government-issued ID). 
Your username (from your account). 
Your email address (registered to your account). 
The word “CODE:” followed by your unique postcard code (must come from the official code generator — do not share with anyone). 
Your residential/return address (the one registered to your account). 
The following statement (handwritten exactly as written): 

I wish to receive Sweep Coins to participate in Promotional Play. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Company's Terms and Conditions and Official Sweepstakes Rules. 

3. Assemble and Mail 

Place one (1) request card inside the envelope. 
Only one card per envelope is allowed. 
Seal the envelope and mail it. 

4. After Mailing 

If your request meets all requirements, you will receive 5 Sweep Coins in your account.
Coins usually appear within 14 days of your request being received.
Handwriting must be legible — if the company can’t read it, your request will be rejected.
Requests must be mailed from the same state/province as your verified address.
Sweep Coins expire if you don’t log into your account for 60 days.
Company may reject any request at its sole discretion.
