Step 1: Get Your Sweepstakes Request Code 

Log in to your ACE account. Go to the Sweepstakes Rules page. Click the “Request Sweepstakes Coins Request Code” link. Click “Request Code.” 
Write down the 13-digit Sweepstakes Request Code shown on screen. This code is unique to your account and can only be used once. It must be used within 60 days of being generated. 

Step 2: Prepare Your Envelope 

Use a stamped #10 envelope (standard business size). On the front of the envelope, handwrite the following: 

Your return address 
The URL: www.ace.com 
The words: “Sweepstakes Coins” 
In the upper left corner, your Sweepstakes Request Code 

Mail it to: 
ACE 
PO Box 9421 
Portland, ME 04101 

Step 3: Write Your Request Card (in blue ink) On a handwritten card (insert inside the envelope), write: 

Your full name 
The URL: www.ace.com 
Your return address 
Your email address (the one linked to your ACE account) 
The Sweepstakes Request Code (top left corner) 
The following statement: "I would like to request free Sweepstakes Coins offered by Full Stop Limited in order to enter the promotional Sweepstakes offered on ACE.com. I agree to be bound by the general Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules.” 

Step 4: Mail It 

Only one request card per envelope. 
Each valid request earns 4 Sweepstakes Coins. 
Mail must be postmarked from the same state as your verified account address. 
Handwriting must be clear and legible — illegible requests won’t count. 
No photocopies or duplicates are allowed. 

Step 5: Wait for Processing 

Once received and verified, 4 Sweepstakes Coins will be added to your account. 
Requests that don’t meet these rules or arrive after 60 days from when your code was generated will not be processed.
