Carnival Citi Mail-In Entry – Get 2,000 Free Sweeps Chips

1. Get Your Request Code

• Click the “Request Sweeps Chips Request Code” link
• Follow the prompts and write down your 13-digit code
• Your code is valid for 90 days and can only be used once

2. Write Your Request Card

On a 4x6 handwritten card (use blue ink, not black), include:

1. Your full name
2. Your return address
3. Your Sweeps Chips Request Code (top left corner)
4. The email linked to your Carnival Citi account
5. This exact statement:
    “I wish to receive Sweeps Chips in order to participate in the sweepstakes style promotion offered by Carnival Citi. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Carnival Citi Promo Rules and Terms and Conditions.”

3. Prepare Your Envelope

Use a stamped #10 envelope and handwrite:

• Your return address
• The URL: www.carnivalciti.com
  
  
• The words: “Sweeps Chips”
• Your Request Code in the upper left corner
