1. Prepare Your Envelope

Use a standard #10 envelope.

Handwrite your return address in the top-left corner.

Write “Sweepstakes Entries” on the front.

Address the envelope to:

Abilene, TX 79605

Place a valid stamp on the envelope.

2. Prepare Your Request Card

Use a 4” x 6” plain, blank, unlined, unfolded card.

Handwrite on one side only:

• Top-left corner: Your unique, one-time Postal Request Code.
• Below that, in order:
  • Full name (as on your government ID)
  • Email linked to your Chanced account
  • Your return/residential address (as registered with Chanced)
• Then, write exactly:

"I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Chanced. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Chanced's Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules."

3. Assemble and Mail

Place one Request Card per envelope only.

Seal the envelope and mail it from the same state or province as your verified address.

4. Important Rules

• Each valid request earns 5 Sweeps Coins.
• Handwriting must be clear — illegible entries are void.
• Only the participant may submit the request. Third-party or automated submissions are invalid.
• Requests sent from a different state/province than your verified address are invalid.
• Tampering, automation, or non-standard/made-by-hand envelopes may void your entry.
• Combined requests in packages or parcels are not allowed.
