Step 1: Get Your Postal Request Code

Before writing your card, you need a Postal Request Code.
To get it:

1. Log in to your Chumba Casino account.
2. Click “Postal Request Code” in the lobby.
3. Click the “Postal Request Codes” button and follow the prompts.
4. Your unique 12-digit code will appear—write it down.
   • It can only be used once.
   • It expires 30 days after it’s generated.
   • Do not share your code—it’s tied to your account.
     
     

Step 2: Write Your Request Card

Use a 4” x 6” postcard or a blank, unlined piece of white paper (no folds).
Write neatly by hand (no printing or typing).

On one side, handwrite the following:

1. Your 12-digit Postal Request Code (top-left corner)
2. Your full legal name (as shown on your ID)
3. Your registered email address (same as your Chumba account)
4. Your residential address (same as on your account)
5. The statement:

6. “I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Chumba Casino. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Chumba Casino’s Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules.”
   
   

Step 3: Prepare Your Envelope

Use a stamped #10 envelope (standard business size).
On the front of the envelope, handwrite:

• Your return address
• The words: “Sweepstakes Entries”

Step 4: Mail & Rules

• Only one Request Card per envelope.
• Each valid card earns 5 Sweeps Coins.
• You must mail it yourself from the same state or province as your verified address.
• Your handwriting must be clear and legible — unreadable entries are void.
• Do not copy, print, or automate any part of your request.
• Packages or parcels (not envelopes) are not accepted.
• Damaged or poorly made envelopes may be rejected.
• Coins are added to your account after verification (processing times vary).
