1. Prepare Your Envelope

Use a stamped envelope.

Handwrite your return address in the top-left corner of the front.

Handwrite your unique Mail-In Request Code in the middle of the back.

Address the envelope to:

2. Prepare Your Request Card

Use a 4” x 6” white card or paper, unfolded.

Handwrite in blue ink on one side only, in this order:

Top-left of card:

• Your full name (as on your verified ID)
• The email linked to your Dara Casino account
• Your unique Mail-In Request Code
• Your residential address (as on your verified ID)

Top-right of card:

• The date you prepare the letter

Below the above info, write exactly:
"I wish to receive Sweepstakes Coins to participate in the Dara Casino Sweepstakes Promotion. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Dara Casino’s Terms and Conditions and Sweepstakes Rules."

3. Get Your Mail-In Request Code

Log in to your Dara Casino account.

Click the “Postal Request Code” link at the bottom of the page.

A unique code will be generated — write it on your envelope exactly as shown.

Mail your envelope within 3 days of generating the code.

4. Mail Your Request

Place one Request Card per envelope only.

Ensure handwriting is legible.

Do not use whiteout or erasable ink.

5. Rewards and Rules

• Each valid Request Card earns 3 SC.
• SC will be added to your account after processing.
• Only you may submit the request.
• Illegible handwriting or failure to follow instructions will void your request.
• Each Mail-In Request Code can only be used once.
