1. Prepare Your Request Card

Use a white piece of paper, at least 3” x 5”, and write by hand:

• "Funrize Free Entry Request"
• Your full legal name
• Your date of birth
• Your full street address
• Your telephone number
• Your email address
• Your Funrize user account number

2. Prepare Your Envelope

Handwrite your return address.

Hand-address the envelope to:

Place your Request Card inside.

Seal the envelope and send it via USPS First Class Mail.

Only one Request Card per envelope.

3. Limits

• Maximum 100 entries per envelope.
• Only one Request Card per day per Funrize account.

4. Rewards

• Each valid request earns 1 CITY Coin.
• CITY Coins are credited to your account, and you will receive email confirmation.

5. Important Rules

Requests will be disqualified if:

• Handwriting is illegible
• More than one request is included in the envelope
• The envelope is lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or postage due
• Requests are machine-generated in any part (including postage)
• Requests are sent by any mail other than USPS First Class

Decisions on eligibility are final.

Requests have no cash value and cannot be transferred or used to buy anything.
