• Verified residential address
• Verified phone number
• Gold Slips account nickname
• Verified email
• Birth date (MM/DD/YYYY)

Double-check your info and click Register.

Print the barcode at 100% size (3 inches wide).

Cut along the dotted lines.

2. Prepare Your Postcard

Use a standard postcard.

Tape one barcode to the back — do not cover the barcode.

Handwrite the following on the front:

Dallas, TX 75234

Handwrite your return address in the upper-left corner.

Add sufficient postage.

3. Mail Your Postcard

• Mail within 10 days of submitting your info online.
• Postcard must be mailed from the same city and state as your verified residential address.
• Only one barcode per postcard.
• Combined requests in envelopes or boxes are invalid.

4. Important Rules

• All handwriting must be legible. Illegible entries are void.
• Do not use automation or software to generate handwriting.
• Only the participant may submit the postcard.
• Each valid request earns 1 Gold Slip, added to your account after verification.
• Gold Slip totals may change at any time at the discretion of Rubystone.
