1. Create Your Account and Request Code

Sign in or create a free account at: Golden Hearts Games

Go to: AMOE Start Page

Generate a unique 11-digit Postal Request Code (PRC).

• Each PRC is single-use and tied to your account.
• You can generate 1 PRC per day, up to 5 per month.

2. Prepare Your Request Card

Use a 3” x 5” white, lineless, unfolded index card.

Handwrite legibly in black or blue ink, in this order:

1. Your 11-digit PRC
2. Your name (as on your Golden Hearts account)
3. Your email linked to your account
4. Your full residential address (street, city, state, ZIP)
5. “Golden Hearts Games”

3. Prepare Your Envelope

Use a handwritten #9 or #10 envelope.

• Include your full return address in the upper-left corner.
• Place the Request Card inside.
• Add First-Class postage.

4. Mail Your Request

• Mail only one Request Card per envelope.
• Postmark must be from the same state or adjoining state as your account’s billing address.
• Mail separately; bulk or bundled submissions are invalid.

5. Rewards and Limits

• Each valid submission earns a Redemption Code for 500,000 Gold Coins and 6 Sweeps Coins.
• Redemption Codes are emailed within 10 business days to the account email.
• 1 Redemption Code per day, up to 5 per month.
• PRCs and Redemption Codes expire 180 days after generation or delivery.

6. Important Rules

• All handwriting must be legible.
• Do not use stickers, stamps, printers, or mechanically reproduced cards/envelopes.
• Only the account holder may submit the request.
• Misuse of Redemption Codes or third-party submissions may result in account suspension or cancellation.
• Submissions are not returned, and postage is not refunded.
• Golden Hearts may change rules at any time; updates will be posted for at least 30 days.
