1. Account

Make sure your Hello Millions account is verified for ID and address before sending mail.

You cannot live in: AL, DE, GA, ID, KY, LA, MI, MT, NV, WA.

2. Get Your Request Code

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click Sweepstakes Rules.
3. Click Request Sweepstakes Coins Request Code.
4. Click the Request Code button and follow prompts.

Each code is single-use and valid for 60 days.

3. Prepare Your Request Card

Use a 4” x 6” white, unfolded card and write in blue ink.

Handwrite in order, in CAPS:

• Your full name (as on your ID)
• URL: www.hellomillions.com
  
  
• Your account return/residential address
• Your Sweepstakes Coins Request Code (top-left corner)
• Email linked to your account

Below this, write exactly:

"I would like to request free Sweepstakes Coins offered by B-Two Operations Limited in order to enter the promotional Sweepstakes offered on mcluck.com. I agree to be bound by the general Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules."

4. Prepare Your Envelope

Use a #10 white envelope and handwrite:

• Your return address on the front
• URL: www.hellomillions.com
  
  
• The words: “Sweepstakes Coins”
• Your Sweepstakes Coins Request Code in the upper-left corner

Address the envelope to:

Add First-Class postage.

5. Mail Your Request

• Only one Request Card per envelope.
• Both the card and envelope must be handwritten.
• Each letter requires a different Request Code.
