Step 1: Prepare Your Request Card
Use a 4" x 6" white postcard or sheet of paper.
It must be unfolded, blank, and handwritten in blue or black ink.
On one side of the card, write:
- Your unique Postal Request Code (get this from your JefeBet account — see Step 4 below).
- Your full name (exactly as it appears on your government ID).
- Your email address (registered to your JefeBet account).
- Your residential address (the same one on your JefeBet account).
- The date you requested your Postal Code.
Then write the heading:
“Sweepstakes Request”
Below that heading, handwrite this statement:
“I am submitting this postcard to enter the JefeBet Sweepstakes and receive two Sweepstakes Coins. By entering, I acknowledge that I have read, agree, and understand that I am bound by The JefeBet Sweepstakes Rules and Terms and Conditions.”
Step 2: Prepare the Envelope
Use a stamped #10 envelope (standard business envelope).
On the front of the envelope, neatly handwrite:
- Your full name and return address (as shown on your government ID).

Step 3: Mailing Rules
Only one request card per envelope — multiple cards will be rejected.
The envelope must be mailed from the same state or province as your verified account address.
Make sure your handwriting is clear and easy to read — unreadable entries will not be processed.
Each valid request earns you 2 Sweepstakes Coins, which are added to your JefeBet account.
There is no limit to how many separate envelopes you can send.
Step 4: How to Get Your Postal Request Code
To generate your 12-digit Postal Request Code:
Sign into your JefeBet Customer Account
Click the “Postal Request Code” link.
Click “Postal Request Codes” and follow the prompts.
Write the code on your Request Card before it expires.
Each code can be used only once and must be tied to your own account.
Step 5: Important Reminders
Do not use automation, copying, or outside mailing services.
Requests that appear to be mass-produced or not handwritten will be disqualified.
JefeBet is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.
