• Authorized account holders can get free Sweeps Coins by sending a handwritten mail-in request.
• Use a standard white #10 envelope, unlined and unfolded, and mail from the same state as your verified address.

2. Request Card

• Use a white, unlined 4x6 index card, handwritten in legible ink.
• On the card, include in order:
  1. Top-left corner: One unique single-use Postal Request Code
  2. Under the code:
     • Full name (as on government ID)
     • Email address registered to your Lavish Luck account
     • Return/residential address registered to your Lavish Luck account
     • Statement:
        “I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the Sweepstakes promotions offered by Lavish Luck. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Lavish Luck's Terms of Services and Sweeps Rules.”

3. Envelope

• Handwrite your return address on the front, along with the words: “Sweepstakes Credits”.
• Limit: One Request Card per envelope.

4. Postal Request Code

• Unique 12-digit code, obtained via your account:
  1. Sign in to your Customer Account
  2. Click “Postal Request Code” in the Lobby
  3. Click “Postal Request Codes” and follow prompts
• Each code:
  • Can be used once
  • Expires after 30 days
  • Only usable by the account that generated it
• Sharing your code with others may lead to disqualification.

5. Important Notes

• Handwriting must be legible. Illegible entries are void.
• Each valid mail-in request earns 2 Sweeps Coins.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected requests.
