1. Get a Postal Request Code

• Log in to your Legendz account.
• In the Lobby, click “Postal Request Code”, then “Postal Request Codes” and follow the prompts.
• You will receive a unique 11-digit code.
• Write it down — it can only be used once and expires in 60 days.

2. Prepare Your Request Card

• Use a postcard or white paper that is 4” x 6”, unfolded, blank, and unlined.

3. Address Your Envelope

• Place the Request Card inside a stamped #10 envelope.
• Handwrite the mailing address:

PO Box 8204
Manchester, NH 03108

• Also handwrite on the front:
  • Your return address
  • The words: “Sweeps Coin Request Card”

4. Fill Out Your Request Card

• On one side only, handwrite:

Top-right corner: Date

Top-left corner: Your Postal Request Code

Under the code, in order:

• Full name (as on government ID and Legendz account)
• Email address linked to your account
• Residential/return address linked to your account
• Statement:
   "I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Legendz.com. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Legendz Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules."

5. Mail Your Request

• Only one Request Card per envelope.
• Mail from the same state or province as your verified address.
• Do not combine multiple requests — those are invalid.

6. What You’ll Receive

• Each valid Request Card earns 3 Sweeps Coins.
• Handwriting must be clear and legible — illegible requests are void.

7. Important Rules

• Requests must be made by the account holder only.
• Automated or assisted handwriting (devices/software) is prohibited.
• Use a standard, machine-processable envelope; homemade or poor-quality envelopes are invalid.
