Use a blank, white 4" x 6" postcard or a small piece of white paper (no lines, folds, or printing). 
Write clearly in blue ink only (no typing or black ink).
 
On one side of the card, handwrite: 

Your full name (must match your ID and username) 
Your email address registered with your LoneStarCasino account 
Your residential address registered with your account 
The time and date you wrote the request 
The website: LoneStarCasino.com 

The following statement: “I wish to receive Sweep Coins to participate in the Sweep Coins Mode Contests offered by REALPLAY. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and hereby agree to be bound by REALPLAY’s General Terms and Conditions and Promotional Play Rules.” 

Step 2: Prepare Your Envelope 

Use a stamped #10 business envelope. On the front, handwrite in blue ink:

Your return address

Step 3: Mail & Compliance Rules 

Only one request card per envelope. 
You must mail it yourself from the same state as your verified account address. 
Do not copy or duplicate your request card. 
Your handwriting must be clear and readable — illegible entries are void. 
No automated tools or templates — it must be fully handwritten. 
Handmade envelopes that can’t be machine-processed may be rejected. 
Lost, incomplete, or misaddressed mail will not be credited or returned. 

Step 4: What Happens Next
Each valid mailed request earns 1 Sweep Coin.
Coins are credited to your account within about 20 days of verification.
LoneStarCasino may change the number of Sweep Coins awarded per request at any time.
