1. Get a Postal Request Code

• Log in to your LuckyLand Slots account.
• Click the menu (three lines, top right).
• Select Postal Request Code and follow the prompts.
• Complete the human verification test.
• You will receive a 12-digit code.
• Write it down — it can only be used once.

2. Prepare Your Request Card

• Use a postcard or white paper that is 4” x 6”, unfolded, blank, and unlined.
• On one side, handwrite clearly in black or blue ink:

Top-left corner: Postal Request Code

Below the code, in order:

• Full name (as on government ID)
• Email address linked to your account
• Residential/return address linked to your account
• Statement:
   "I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by LuckyLand Slots. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by LuckyLand Slots’ Terms of Service and Sweeps Rules."

3. Address Your Envelope

• Place the Request Card inside a #10 envelope.
• Handwrite on the front:

LuckyLand Slots Sweepstakes Department
PO Box #8486
Portsmouth, NH 03801

• Also handwrite your return address and the words: “Sweepstakes Card”.

4. Mail Your Request

• Only one card per envelope.
• Handwriting must be legible.
• Each valid card earns 5 Sweeps Coins.
• To earn more, you can also use the LuckyLand Slots no deposit bonus.
