Moon Spin

1. Get a Postal Request Code

• Log in to your MoonSpin account.
• Generate a Postal Request Code from your profile page.
• Each code can be used only once.

2. Prepare Your Request Card

• Use a white 4x6 card or paper, unfolded and unlined.
• On one side only, handwrite clearly in this order:
  • Top-left corner: your Postal Request Code
  • The date the code was generated
  • Your account email
  • Your username
  • Your User ID
  • This statement:
     “I wish to receive Sweep Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by MoonSpin. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by MoonSpin’s Terms and Conditions and Sweepstakes Rules.”

3. Address Your Envelope

• Place your Request Card in a stamped #10 envelope.
• Handwrite the address:

MoonSpin.US
PO Box 8213
Manchester, NH 03108

• On the front, also write:
  • Your return address
  • The words “Sweeps Entries”

4. Mail Your Request

• Send one card per envelope.
• You must mail it from the same state or province as your verified address.
• Do not send multiple requests in a package or parcel.
• All handwriting must be your own and clearly legible — unreadable entries are void.

5. What You’ll Receive

• Each valid mail-in request earns 1 Sweep Coin.
• Coins will be added to your account after verification.
