1. Get Your Access Code

• Log in to your Moshy Gaming account.
• Generate a unique access code on the Moozi website.
• Each code can be used only once and expires after 60 days.

2. Prepare Your Request Card

• Use a white 4x6 card or paper, unfolded and unlined.
• On one side only, handwrite clearly:
  • Your access code (at the top)
  • Your full name (as on your ID)
  • Your email address (linked to your account)
  • Your residential address (on your account)
  • This statement:
     “I wish to receive 3 complimentary SC to participate in the promotion offered by Moozi, and I agree to be bound by the Terms of Service of Moozi and all incorporated policies, including the SC Promotional Rules and Privacy Policy.”

3. Address Your Envelope

• Put your card in a stamped #10 envelope.
• On the front, handwrite:
  • Your return address
  • The words “Promotions Entries”
  • This address:

4. Mail Your Request

• Send only one card per envelope.
• You must mail it from the same state and ZIP code as your registered address.
• Make sure everything is handwritten and easy to read.

5. What You’ll Receive

• Each valid request earns 3 free Sweeps Coins (SC).
• Coins are added to your account within 7–14 days after verification.
