PlayFame Mail-In Sweepstakes Request Instructions

To get free Sweepstakes Coins, send a handwritten request by mail. Follow these steps exactly:

1. Get your unique Sweepstakes Request Code:

• Log in to your PlayFame account.
• Go to Sweepstakes Rules.
• Click Request Sweepstakes Coins Request Code.
• Click Request Code and write down the 13-digit code shown.

2. Prepare a stamped #10 envelope addressed to:

PlayFame – Sweepstakes
PlayFame Operations Limited
PO Box #9512
Manchester, NH 03108

3. On the envelope, handwrite in blue ink:

• Your return address.
• The website: www.playfame.com
  .
• The words: “Sweepstakes Coins.”
• Your Request Code in the upper left corner.

4. On a handwritten 4x6 card, write in blue ink:

• Your full name.
• Your return address.
• Your email (the one used for your PlayFame account).
• The website: www.playfame.com
  .
• Your Request Code in the upper left corner.
• The following statement:
   “I would like to request free Sweepstakes Coins offered by PlayFame Operations Limited in order to enter the promotional Sweepstakes offered on playfame.com. I agree to be bound by the general Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules.”

5. Place the card inside the envelope and mail it.

6. You’ll receive 4 Sweepstakes Coins for each valid mailed request.
Only one request per envelope is allowed.

Important Notes:

• Write clearly — unreadable requests won’t count.
• Only mail from the same state listed on your PlayFame account.
• Don’t copy, print, or share your Request Code — it’s for your account only.
• Automated or duplicate requests are void.
