1. What You’ll Need

• A verified Punt.com account
• A #10 envelope (4.125" x 9.5")
• A 4x6 card or piece of white paper (blank, unlined, unfolded)
• A unique Postal Request Code from your account
• A pen for clear, handwritten entries (no printing or typing)

2. Get Your Postal Request Code

• Log in to your Punt.com account.
• Go to Sweep Rules at the bottom of the lobby.
• In section 3.5, click “Generate Here.”
• Your unique code will appear — it’s valid for 90 days.

3. Write Your Request Card

On one side of the 4x6 card, handwrite:

• Top-left corner: Your Postal Request Code
• Below that:
  • Your full name (as on your ID)
  • Your email linked to your Punt.com account
  • Your return address (must match your account)
  • This exact statement:
     “I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Punt.com. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Punt.com’s Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules.”

4. Address Your Envelope

On the front of the stamped envelope, handwrite:

• Your full name and return address (must match your account)
• The words: “Sweepstakes Entries”

5. Mail and Receive

• Send one request per envelope only.
• It must be postmarked from your state of residence.
• If approved, you’ll get 5 free Sweeps Coins in your account.
