1. Get Your Postal Request Code

• Log into your Smiles Casino account.
• Click the Postal Request Code link and follow the prompts.
• Record your one-time 12-digit code — it is valid for 56 days and can only be used once.
• The code must belong to your account; codes from other accounts or expired codes will be invalid.

2. Prepare Your Request Card

• Use a 4x6 inch postcard or white paper, unfolded, blank, and unlined.
• Handwrite everything in blue or black ink.
• On the top-left corner, write your Postal Request Code.
• Below that, write in order:
  • Full name (as shown on your government ID)
  • Email address linked to your Smiles Casino account
  • Username linked to your Smiles Casino account
• Then write exactly:
   “I wish to receive Smile Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Smiles Casino. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Smiles Casino Terms and Conditions and Sweepstakes Rules.”

3. Prepare Your Envelope

• Use a stamped #10 envelope.
• Handwrite your return address and the words “Sweepstakes Entries” in the upper-left corner.
• Insert only one Request Card per envelope.

4. Important Rules

• Only the account holder may submit the request.
• The envelope must be mailed from the same state as your verified address.
• Handwriting must be legible — unclear entries will be void.
• No automated or bulk entries — each envelope can only contain one card.
• Tampering or using codes from other accounts is prohibited.

5. Reward

• Each valid request = 2 Smile Coins
• Coins are credited to your account after verification.
