1. Get Your Postal Request Code

• Log into your SpinPals account.
• Click the “Postal Code Request” link in the Lobby and follow the prompts.
• Record your 14-digit Postal Request Code — it is valid for 30 days and can only be used once.
• The code must belong to your account; using someone else’s code will void your request.

2. Prepare Your Request Card

• Use a 4x6 inch index card, unfolded, blank, and unlined.
• Handwrite everything in legible handwriting.
• On the top-left corner, write your Postal Request Code.
• Below that, write in order:
  • Full name (as shown on your government ID)
  • Email address linked to your SpinPals US account
  • Username registered to your SpinPals account
  • Residential address linked to your account
• Then write exactly:
   “Sweepstakes Entry! I wish to receive Sweeps Cash to participate in the [Insert Month] Sweepstakes Contest offered by SpinPals. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by SpinPals Terms of Use and these Official Rules.”
• Sign your name and write the date (MM/DD/YYYY) directly below this statement.

3. Prepare Your Envelope

• Use a standard #10 envelope, unfolded, one-sided, and unlined.
• Handwrite your return address on the front.
• Insert only one Request Card per envelope.
• Mail from the same state as your verified address to:

4. Rules & Limits

• Only the account holder may submit the request.
• Handwriting must be clear and legible.
• Each valid request = 3 Sweeps Coins.
• Maximum: 50 mail-in requests per participant per Sweepstakes period.
• Requests exceeding this limit or violating any rules will be void.
• Sweeps Coins may be forfeited if your account is closed for any reason.
