How to Request Free Sweeps Coins by Mail

1. Prepare Your Envelope

• Use a stamped envelope.
• Handwrite your return mailing address on the front.
• Also write “Sweeps Coins” on the front.
• Address the envelope to:

2. Prepare Your Request Paper

On one side of a blank sheet of paper, handwrite:

• Your full name (as on your ID)
• Your email address (linked to your account)
• Your return address (same as your verified account address)
• Your user ID
• The statement below:

“I am requesting free Sweeps Coins to participate in the Promotion. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Sportzino Terms and Conditions and Rules.”

3. Important Rules

• Must be handwritten by you — no printed or electronic writing.
• One request per envelope.
• Must be mailed from the same state as your registered address.
• Handwriting must be clear and legible.
• You must complete KYC verification before redeeming Sweeps Coins.

Reward:
Each valid request = 5 Sweeps Coins.
