Step 1: Get Your Postal Request Code

1. Log in to your Sweeps Royal account.
2. Click on the “Postal Code Request” link on the home screen.
3. Follow the prompts to generate your 14-digit Postal Request Code.
4. Write down the code carefully — you’ll need it for your card.

Each code can only be used once, expires after 30 days, and must match your own account.

Step 2: Write Your Request Card

Use a 4x6-inch white, blank, unlined card or piece of paper (unfolded).

Write clearly by hand (no printing or typing) using legible handwriting.

On one side only, include all of the following:

1. Your full name (as shown on your ID)
2. Your email address (same one on your Sweeps Royal account)
3. Your Player ID (from your account settings)
4. Your date of birth (as on your ID)
5. Your full return/residential address (same one on your account)
6. The words “SweepsRoyal Casino”
7. In the top-left corner, write your 14-digit Postal Request Code
8. Then handwrite this statement:

“I am submitting this written request because I wish to receive complimentary Sweeps Coins in order to participate in the sweepstakes promotions currently being offered by Sweeps Royal Casino. I understand that these coins are provided free of charge and do not require any purchase or payment of any kind. By submitting this request, I confirm that I have carefully read, fully understood, and expressly agree to abide by all applicable Terms and Conditions as outlined by Sweeps Royal Casino, as well as the official Sweeps Rules governing the promotional sweepstakes. I understand that any misuse or misrepresentation related to this request may result in the disqualification of my entry. I declare that all information I provide is accurate and truthful, and I am submitting this request voluntarily for the sole purpose of entering the sweepstakes in accordance with Sweeps Royal Casino’s rules and policies.”

1. Immediately beneath the statement, write your signature and the date (MM/DD/YYYY).

Step 3: Prepare and Address Your Envelope

Use a white, stamped #10 envelope.

On the front of the envelope, handwrite:

• Your return address
• The words “Sweepstakes Entries”
• 
  

Then place your handwritten Request Card inside the envelope.

Step 4: Mailing Rules

Only 1 Request Card per envelope

Must be handwritten and legible

Must be mailed from the same state as your verified account address

Must include a valid, unexpired Postal Request Code

Illegible, incomplete, copied, or expired requests will be void

Step 5: What Happens Next

If your request follows all the rules, 4 Sweeps Coins will be added to your Sweeps Royal account.

If your handwriting is unreadable or your request doesn’t meet the requirements, it won’t be processed.
