1. Prepare Your Envelope

• Use a white #10 envelope, one-sided, unfolded, unlined.
• Stamp the envelope.
• Mail from the same state as your verified residential address.
• Address the envelope to:

• One request per envelope only.

2. Get Your Sweepstakes Request Code

• Sign into your Wild World account.
• Click Sweepstakes Rules.
• Follow the email link from [email protected]
  to request your Sweepstakes Coins Request Code.
• Click Request Code and follow the prompts.
• Write the 13-digit code on your Request Card.
• Do not share your code. Each code can only be used once.

3. Prepare Your Request Card

• Use a white 4x6 index card, one-sided, unfolded, unlined.
• Handwrite the following in order:
  1. Sweepstakes Coins Request Code
  2. Full name (as on your government ID)
  3. Email linked to your Wild World account
  4. Username on your Wild World account
  5. Residential address on your account
• Handwrite this statement below your info:
   “Sweepstakes Entry! I wish to receive Sweeps Cash to participate in the [Insert Month Of Sweepstakes Contest] Sweepstakes Contest offered by Wild World. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Wild World Terms of Use and these Official Rules.”
• Sign and date the card in MM/DD/YYYY format immediately below the statement.

4. Mail Your Request

• Place the Request Card inside the stamped envelope.
• Mail within 15 days of signing the card.
• Handwriting must be legible; unclear entries will be void.

5. Reward

• Each valid mail-in request earns 3 Sweepstakes Coins.
• Coins will be added to your account after verification.
