Zoot Cash Mail-In Entry Instructions

1. Prepare Your Envelope

• Use a stamped #10 envelope.
• Handwrite your return address on the front.
• Write the words: “Zoot Sweepstakes Credits” on the front.
• Mail to:

 NEW YORK, NY 10001

2. Prepare Your Request Card

• Use a 3” x 5” piece of paper, hand-written on one side only.
• Handwrite in this order:
  1. Your full name (as on your government ID)
  2. Email registered to your Zoot account
  3. Nickname associated with your Zoot account
  4. User ID# associated with your Zoot account
  5. Your return/residential address registered to your Zoot account
  6. Postal Request Code (get it at https://getzoot.us/postal-request-code
     )
  7. Write this exact statement:
      “I wish to receive Zoot Cash to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Zoot. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Zoot’s Terms of Use and Sweepstakes Rules.”

3. Important Rules

• Only one request per envelope.
• Each valid request earns 3 Zoot Cash credits.
• Maximum of 10 letters per week per participant.
• Handwriting must be legible. Illegible entries or AI-generated writing will be void.
• Requests must be mailed by the participant from the same state/province as their verified address.
• Requests from anyone else or from a different location will not be credited.
