Zula Casino Mail-In Entry – 5 Free Sweeps Coins

1. Before You Start

• You must have a verified Zula Casino account (ID and address verified).
• Only eligible participants can send requests.
• Use a #10 envelope and a blank piece of paper.
• Use any ink color, but handwriting must be legible.

2. Prepare Your Request Card

On a blank piece of paper, handwrite in this order:

1. Your full name (as on your government ID)
2. Email address registered to your Zula account
3. Return/residential address registered to your Zula account
4. User ID registered to your Zula account
5. Write this exact statement:
    “I am requesting free Sweeps Coins to participate in the Promotion. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by your Terms and Conditions and Rules.”

3. Prepare Your Envelope

• Handwrite in the upper left corner:
  1. Your return address
  2. Below it, write: “Sweeps Coins Credits”
• Address the envelope to:

• Place your request card inside, stamp the envelope, and mail it.

4. Important Rules

• One request per envelope.
• Multiple envelopes can be mailed, but each must contain only one request card.
